Wolves suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League on Wednesday night against Nottingham Forest, and fans have been discussing their plans moving forward.
The Old Gold lost 1-0 to Forest at Molineux, with Igor Jesus’ header the difference between the two sides.
It was an abject performance from the home side, who seemed totally inhibited and wracked with nerves from the get-go.

It was just a negative display, and in the end they were made to pay for lacking adventure and quality in and around the final third.
Forest weren’t that great, but they didn’t even need to be. They were just clinical when it mattered.
After last night’s game, Wolves fans expressed their dismay on social media, with some now giving up all hope of survival.
Fosun’s ownership has gotten Wolves into this mess, and fans have already got talking about Wolves’ next game against Manchester United.

Wolves fans ready to boycott Manchester United game

A few years ago, Wolves were in a great position.
The club’s early years back in the top-flight were so memorable, but things have taken a drastic turn in recent times.
Ultimately, Fosun’s transfer MO and recruitment strategy – which was always risky – has contributed to the make-up of one of the worst Premier League squads in history.
Wolves will be relegated from the Premier League with a whimper, and it is extraordinary that we have now reached this point after those previous highs.
On social media last night, attention once again turned to the owners, and some fans think the upcoming game against Manchester United, which will be on Sky Sports’ flagship Monday Night Football show, is a prime opportunity to shine a light on Fosun.
@letsdigit: “Monday night boycott? Protest? We’re playing one of the most watched football teams in the world. Judging by the south bank this season. It’s more like a family stand, so we might struggle #wwfc.”
@: “How do we get a protest going for Monday? Stay out of the ground for 10 mins I reckon but I’ll do whatever personally! @TalkingWolves @Wolfpackwwfc @wolvesfancast @ConceptScouting it time to use your profiles lads to get something going! It has to be now!!! #wwfc”
@southbanklaffs: “I will be boycotting Monday’s game in protest against this shower of an ownership.”
Jeff Shi’s 2018 vision for Wolves has drifted into a distant dream.
@wwfc_c: “I know it’s not as easy as it sounds, but the only kind of protest FOSUN will care about is if we boycott the matches. Hit them where it hurts, because chanting for five minutes a game isn’t going to change anything.”
@Robbiexmeakin: “BOYCOTT! Stop going to @Wolves games. Let them see the empty seats. Stop lining their pockets. PROTEST! Gather outside Molineux in numbers. Words on socials mean nothing. @Fosun_Intl must feel the real fan anger. THIS IS OUR FOOTBALL CLUB, NOT THEIR ‘BRAND’! 🐺”
@Dan_B_1991: “Don’t go to our seats until 10 minutes in on Monday, it’s the only Premier League game being broadcasted that day in UK and overseas. Sky MNF commentary couldn’t avoid talking about it if it’s done properly. Let’s do it 👍.”
@BMillsss19: “Billy Wright statue 7pm Don’t go into the ground. #wwfc #fosunout.”
Man United game at Molineux could be uncomfortable for Fosun
The optics will be very interesting against United, because this game is likely to receive big viewing figures due the opponent and the fact it’s the Monday night game selected for TV coverage.
As the Wolves fans above point out, it’s a prime opportunity to shine a light on Fosun’s terrible ownership of the club in recent years.
It really is hard to believe just how far the club have fallen.

Money has been invested, but the incompetence of those making the decisions has seen that go to waste, and now it will cost Wolves dear.
And scandalously, this has all happened while supporters have been charged record ticket prices.
To see that there are protest plans for the upcoming game with United is little surprise, and the images we see next Monday could be very powerful indeed.
