‘What a goal’: Wolves forward on fire in training, show he is ready for Liverpool challenge

Wolves have found goals easier to come-by in recent weeks, with their attacking department chipping in the goals.

Sasa Kalajdzic, Hee-Chan Hwang and Matheus Cunha have all stepped up their performances.

In fact Wolves‘ four goals have all come from one of these guys.

It is a welcome sight for many, given Old Gold‘s struggles last season to find the net.

However four in four isn’t enough and more will be required to see Wolves pick up some points.

That is why the latest training footage has got fans excited over one man’s finishing.

Sasa scores training, back in form?

The footage was posted on Saturday across Wolves’ socials and showed the ending of a compeitive game between the squad.

In the final moments however it was Sasa who made the deciding contribution, with a wonderful striker from range.

After his goal, one teammate could be heard exclaiming “What a goal!”.

While a coach was heard reminding Sasa of his goal vs Everton, “Another last minute winner.”

While this is just training, it is encouraging to see the clinical side of the squad developing as we need more goals.

Can he do it against Liverpool

So next up, after the international break for Wolves is Liverpool who will be coming to Molineux.

It will be a Liverpool side without both Virgil van Djik and Trent Alexander-Arnold, which significantly weakens them.

Sasa therefore will be coming up against Ibrahima Konate and Joel Matip, much easier prospects than the legendary Van Djik.

We have a sneaky suspicion Wolves will kick on after the break, so definitely one to watch next weekend.
