Wolves have had a hectic transfer window, but so far the majority of new arrivals have failed to make a significant impact.
The departures of Matheus Cunha and Ait Nouri have left a significant void in the squad that remains to be filled by the summer signings.

Ladislav Krejci has been the standout recruit, impressing on his debut and during his first outing at Molineux.
Meanwhile, the likes of Moller Wolfe and Jhon Arias are yet to make a meaningful contribution, with Wolfe excluded from the squad that faced Leeds and Arias only seeing a spell on the bench.
Tim Sherwood has warned that Wolves could be forced into a panic buy in January if their current struggles continue.
Vitor Pereira admits six summer signings are still adapting to the Premier League
Wolves fans are growing increasingly restless, with supporters questioning Vitor Pereira’s comments following the 3-1 defeat to Leeds, and his latest admission that several summer signings are not yet up to speed is unlikely to ease frustrations.
The club invested heavily in players like Fer Lopez, Wolfe, Tolu Arokodare, Krejci, Arias, and Jackson Tchatchoua in a bid to avoid another relegation battle, but so far their impact has been limited.
As relayed by the Express & Star, Pereira said: “The new players need time to understand the pace, the physicality and the quality of this league.
“It’s not easy to come from other leagues and start to perform.”
None of the new arrivals have any previous Premier League experience, leaving the Old Gold short of players capable of making an immediate difference.
This lack of readiness has placed extra pressure on the manager, as the squad wasn’t in a position to start the season slowly.
Experienced additions like Arias are also struggling to adapt to the pace and physicality of the Premier League.
Why Pereira should lean on last season’s squad
The main issue has been the new signings being rushed into the first team too quickly.
Wolfe had been at the club just a few weeks before making his debut against Manchester City, while Krejci, Arokodare, and Tchatchou were also thrown in early.
Pereira has been more patient with Lopez and Arias, despite them being two of the first arrivals.
The Portuguese manager should instead lean on last season’s squad, bringing back experienced players like Doherty and Santiago Bueno to restore cohesion as a short-term measure.
After this, he can gradually introduce the new signings in the areas where they are most needed, giving them time to settle without destabilising the team.
