Gary O’Neil offered an update yesterday on Wolves midfielder Joe Hodge, who went off injured earlier this week.
The youngster was not involved yesterday for Wanderers in their game against Crystal Palace.
Hodge did not travel with the squad, after picking up the hamstring injury against Blackpool on Tuesday.

Wolves fell to another defeat yesterday against Palace.

Odsonne Edouard scored twice and Ebere Eze also bagged, with Hwang Hee-chan and Matheus Cunha on target for Wolves.
After the game, O’Neil delivered an update on Hodge.
He said: “Hodge had a scan and we expect him to be three to four weeks, from the days of injury – hopefully the good side of the time frame.”
A blow for Hodge, but international break comes at a good time
Hodge picking up an injury this early in the season is undoubtedly frustrating for him.
With Tommy Doyle and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde coming in, he now has strong competition for minutes again.
So he could really do without getting injured.

At least now there is an international break though, meaning Hodge potentially only stands to miss a couple of matchday squads.
He’ll be looking to recover as quickly as possible.
These next few months will be important for Hodge. You would imagine that he will be sent out on loan in January if he does not feature much for the first-team.
