Wolves take on Manchester United in the Premier League tonight – and Rob Edwards has delivered a firm message to his players.
Wanderers go again in search of a first win in the top-flight this season, with United coming to Molineux – and it’s a first return to the stadium for Matheus Cunha.
Cunha left the club in a £62.5 million deal in the summer, and this game tonight immediately became a fixture of note.

Wolves will hope to keep him quiet, and it may well be that Yerson Mosquera will be the man tasked with keeping Cunha quiet.
There are likely to be some powerful scenes this evening, with lots of fans making a late entry into the stadium.
Fans are protesting against Fosun outside Molineux, and will only enter the ground once 15 minutes have elapsed.
It is Edwards’ fourth game in charge, and the manager’s message to the Wolves players ahead of the game is loud and clear.

Rob Edwards lays it all out for Wolves players ahead of Man United clash

The performance against Nottingham Forest in midweek was dismal.
Wolves had looked good in parts against Aston Villa, but came up way short against the Reds, with fans left alarmed by the complete lack of adventure or bravery.
Steve Bull also felt Wolves looked like a team of 11 strangers against Forest.
Wolves cannot play like that against United, and ahead of the game, Edwards has shared ‘the biggest message’.
He said (via Wolves official): “We’re in this bad, bad situation, but how do you want this to go? Do you want to fade away, or do you want to fight? There are things in our control, that we can do.
“Fighting, running hard, winning duels, those sorts of things are in our control. You can’t control a win, but you can control the other side, intensity, how often you run forward. Are you sprinting back? Are you trying to take risks? Are you trying to be brave?
“We saw that on the weekend, and we didn’t see it on Wednesday. We’ve got to control the things we can control at the moment, and hopefully then results will come. That’s the biggest message.”

A good message from Edwards
It was nowhere near good enough against Forest and Edwards was right to ask questions of his players.
We know that Edwards is big on intensity. Since he’s come in, Wolves are sprinting more.
The most important of those questions that Edwards has asked are about taking risks and being brave.

Against Forest, Wolves were so inhibited. Players just did not want to go forwards, and Edwards even asked his players if they were scared at half-time.
Hopefully we will see a response following this rallying cry. It’s the right message, and now it’s on the players to deliver.
