Wolves fans are still waiting for Nelson Semedo to announce his decision on his future.
The 31-year-old recently became a free agent after running down his contract, but he has had a four-year offer on the table from Wolves.
Wolves have reportedly felt Semedo is more likely to move on, rather than sign it.
And now, Vitor Pereira has admitted Wolves are looking to replace Semedo, amid his uncertainty.
Besiktas are thought to be in talks with Semedo, after the Turkish giants missed out on Kyle Walker-Peters.
While there has been uncertainty about the Portuguese defender, Wolves have been in talks with Almeria over a potential move for Marc Pubill.
Potentially, we could see developments on that this week, after Pereira’s comments about Semedo.
But some fans feel one player who is currently with the Wolves squad for pre-season might be a potential solution.
Wolves fans impressed by Ki-Jana Hoever footage vs Burnley

It remains to be seen who Wolves will swoop for to replace Semedo long-term.
But one man who might be up to the job is Ki-Jana Hoever, who has spent the last two seasons out on loan.
Hoever is back with the squad now after playing for Auxerre last term, and by several accounts, he has been making an impression in Portugal.
Wolves played against Burnley on Saturday, and he was the man who created Jorgen Strand Larsen’s goal, driving forward and attacking the space before providing a perfect low ball across.
On social media, fans were impressed by the clip of Hoever.
@wolvesxcoop___: “Hoever the Semedo replacement?”
@goatcaloguedes: “Sensational run and pass from Ki…”
@Jackarun_1: “I’m here for a kjh comeback.”
@kalen_wwfc: “I would not be against keeping Ki Jana Hoever this season as a back-up and loan at Lima.”
@molineuxmusings: “KJH is rapid and has shown his abilities in the final third while he’s been away. Could one of the most unlikely comebacks be on the cards…?”
A big chance for Hoever amid Semedo exit
Hoever’s assist for Strand Larsen was good, and he has apparently done well so far in pre-season which is interesting given the Semedo situation.
Wolves are looking at replacements, but barely anyone has touted Hoever as someone who could be up to the task.

He came to Wolves in the same transfer window as Semedo but was always second-best to him and has never really had a proper look in at Molineux.
This could now finally be his big opportunity, if he can keep it up for the next few weeks.
He had his best loan spell yet at Auxerre, so if he wants to make a success of his stint at Wolves, the onus is on him now to ensure that Pereira gives him a chance.
