Each of Wolves’ AFCON players will play at least three group matches. Those dates are already set in stone.
Emmanuel Agbadou is part of the Ivory Coast squad, the current holders of the tournament, so the defender could end up going far in the competition.
That could leave Rob Edwards having to find a longer-term solution without the defender.
Tawanda Chirewa’s Zimbabwe have never made it past the group stage in their five appearances at the competition.
