The Jorgen Strand Larsen comment that Wolves fans will absolutely love

Jorgen Strand Larsen has sealed a move to Wolves – and he’s already made one comment that will have fans very excited.

The Norway international has joined Wolves on an initial loan basis. It will reportedly become permanent if he makes a certain number of appearances.

Fans can’t wait to watch Strand Larsen in action.

Last term, Gary O’Neil didn’t rate Sasa Kalajdzic or Fabio Silva, and allowed both players to leave on loan in January.

He often went with Matheus Cunha and/or Hwang Hee-chan through the middle. Neither are natural number nines, but both had very good campaigns.

Strand Larsen will now be tasked with scoring goals and being a handful – and he’s made one comment to suggest he’ll be just that.

Strand Larsen has been signed by Wolves to score goals first and foremost.

The 24-year-old hit 13 last season in La Liga, and knows where the goal is. O’Neil is also a fan of the fact he is a willing runner, and creates chances for other players.

Wolves have suggested he is quite a selfless player.

Strand Larsen has also been speaking after making his move to Wolves, and there is one comment in particular that he has made which is bound to go down very well.

He said (via Wolves official): “I’m a tall player, but I’m not only physical and be there to hold up the ball, I can also run and, most importantly, I fight for the team. I give everything 100 percent. If I have to lose three teeth in a game, then I will do it.

“I give everything for the team, for the club and for the badge, and I’m going to do this here. I feel very welcomed already, so there are perfect reasons for me to try and continue like that.”

Wolves fans are going to love Strand Larsen

It is very clear from reading the first interview with Strand Larsen that he is going to be someone the fans will really get behind.

He sounds like he is ready to get stuck in, and put his body on the line for his new club.

Strand Larsen may take some time to get used to the Premier League, but you would like to think he will excel given his build. English football is physical, and the striker sounds like he’s ready for a few tussles.

Ultimately, Wolves fans want someone who is going to give their all for the badge.

Strand Larsen’s first interview is brilliant and he says all the right things. Hopefully, he’ll feel the love from the fans and settle in nice and quickly.
