Swansea fans aren't best pleased with Wolves' Morgan Gibbs-White decision

Wolves have decided to recall Morgan Gibbs-White from his loan spell – and some Swansea fans are far from happy about it.

The club decided yesterday that the 20-year-old midfielder would be coming back to Molineux.

He had been due to spend the whole season at the Liberty Stadium, but Wolves have stepped in to prevent that, amid the struggles they have had in midfield.

Before suffering a foot injury that ruled him out for nearly three months, Gibbs-White had impressed for the Swans.

It seems the club have looked at his early showings and decided to perhaps give him a chance to make an impact at Molineux.

This season, goals and assists from midfield have been scarce, with Ruben Neves’ goal from the penalty spot the only one scored between him, Joao Moutinho and Leander Dendoncker.

Quite a few Wolves fans have backed the club’s decision to bring Gibbs-White back into the picture, but the call has really frustrated some Swansea fans.

Their club are potentially looking at a promotion push this season, and currently sit second in the Championship table.

Many had been buzzing for the proper return of Gibbs-White, who got a short cameo against Watford last weekend.
