Wolves midfielder Matheus Nunes has again not turned up to training today, as he seeks to force through a move to Manchester City.
The 25-year-old is seemingly now determined to leave Molineux in the next 48 hours.
Nunes has not trained with Wolves since the Everton game on Saturday.
He did not receive permission to not train, and has effectively gone on strike.
Last night, he was not included in Wolves’ squad for the Carabao Cup game against Blackpool.
Sky Sports News provide update on Matheus Nunes situation
Not long ago, Sky Sports News reported that Nunes has again missed training at Wolves today.
They also add that Nunes is now not expected to take part in any training sessions at Wolves until after the transfer window has closed on Friday.
Currently, City are not willing to meet Wolves’ valuation of the player, thought to be in the region of £60 million.
After the Blackpool game, O’Neil said that an improved from City had not been forthcoming.
Seemingly, Nunes is acting in the hope that Wolves will feel the pressure and reduce their asking price.

It has already been reported that the player has agreed personal terms with City.
It is now simply about whether the two clubs can reach an agreement over a transfer fee.
Time is now fast running out. You would imagine the closer we get to deadline day, the more unlikely it is that a move will happen.
