Despite Wolves’ poor results, Simon Jordan has said that he is still a fan of head coach Vitor Pereira.
The 57-year-old’s job is under pressure with the Old Gold sitting in last place in the Premier League. They are on a winless run that has left them five points off safety.
Sections of the fanbase are calling for Pereira to be sacked, but it remains to be seen if Fosun will pull the trigger.
While recruitment has been criticised and has left Pereira in a bad situation, the head coach has not been blameless for Wolves’ struggles.
However, despite all of the outside noise, the Portuguese appears to still have Simon Jordan behind him.

Simon Jordan likes Vitor Pereira’s demeanour as Wolves head coach
Despite Wolves struggling in the Premier League, Simon Jordan has admitted he likes the way the Portuguese head coach carries himself.
The 57-year-old Wolves man had been praised for his work at the helm last season, and Jordan previously believed the club had a good vision of Pereira before they handed him a new contract.
It seems that despite the results for the Old Gold, the former Crystal Palace owner is still a fan of the head coach.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Jordan said, “I like Pereira. I think he is very calm, very relaxed, and unaffected by the circumstances. Came in and did a really good job for Wolves last year.
“He’s saying if the players aren’t with me, I will take myself out; don’t worry about that. He’s not being panicked by it; he’s not in press conferences telling people to respect him and to look at his record; he is just concentrating on the fact he needs to get some wins.”
Vitor Pereira’s record is sackable
Vitor Pereira’s record over the last couple of months is undoubtedly sackable, despite the strong start that Jordan refers to.
Over the last 12 Premier League matches, including going back into last season, the Old Gold have not won a single game.
In fact, they have picked up just four points.
Four points from a possible 36 games is relegation form, and during that period they have scored just eight goals and conceded 24.
Burnley are up next, and that is the Old Gold’s likeliest chance of a win, as after that, they face much more difficult opposition.

Leeds might have shown Wolves how to beat the Clarets, and it could be a great way to get all three points.
Pressure will be on the head coach to deliver; if not, the outside noise will grow increasingly louder, and Fosun may be forced to replace him.
