It is set to be a summer of change for Wolves, with many departures expected at Molineux.
Matheus Cunha’s transfer to Man United kicked off the window, and that move has since been followed by Rayan Ait-Nouri’s switch to Man City.
Fellow attacker Pablo Sarabia has also departed, leaving Vitor Pereira’s forward line light on numbers.
Pereira, though, still seems willing to part ways with yet another forward, as Hwang Hee-chan nears the exit door.

Rio Ferdinand was big fan of Hwang Hee-chan transfer
Last season was tough for the South Korean, and Hwang admitted he was left upset at how the campaign panned out.
With just five league starts all season, Pereira now seems willing to sell Hwang this summer – something that would have seemed crazy only a few years ago.

The attacker made a lightning start to life after joining Wolves in 2021, and earned himself a lot of plaudits, particularly from ex-Man United defender Rio Ferdinand.
Speaking after Wolves’ 2-1 win over Newcastle United in October 2021, a game in which Hwang grabbed both goals, Ferdinand praised the partnership of the South Korean and Raul Jimenez.
“It’s beautiful, that is a good partnership and that is a front two where you could say ‘Oh, that’s going to be a hard game today’, the former defender told Vibe with five.
There is pace, a bit of strength, guile and runs in behind. Both know how to hit the back of the net and that is what I like.
“That two, put them up front and say ‘right, if you can deal with us you can do well to get a result today’.
“It’s good and I like it.”
Hwang Hee-Chan’s time may be up at Wolves
Despite being a vital part of the Wolves squad under the likes of Bruno Lage and Gary O’Neil, it seems like the forward’s time could now be up at Molineux.
Pereira barely played Hwang during the back end of the season, suggesting the Portuguese boss doesn’t see the 29-year-old in his plans.

Wolves rejected a £21m offer for Hwang from Marseille last summer, a decision Fosun no doubt regrets twelve months on.
If Wolves could recoup a similar fee, that would spell good business. Whether they can attract such an offer this summer, remains to be seen.
