Hwang Hee-chan is the talk of the town at Wolves right now along with Pedro Neto, and Darren Bent has said he has always rated the 27-year-old.
Hwang bagged his fifth Premier League goal of the season on Sunday against Aston Villa.
Set up by his partner in crime Neto once again, Hwang equalled his best ever tally in a season for Wolves.
The South Korean is playing so well at the moment.
He isn’t just getting goals, he is working extremely hard for the team.
Yesterday, Gary O’Neil went on talkSPORT and really praised Hwang for his form and his intelligence to understand Wolves’ system.
And just before his manager praised him, there was praise from host Darren Bent…
Darren Bent really impressed by Wolves star Hwang Hee-chan
Hwang was always likely to be discussed during the chat on talkSPORT.

He is killing it at the moment, and only Erling Haaland, Alexander Isak and Heung-min Son have scored more goals than him in the league so far.
Of all the players listed on the BBC Sport top scorers page, Hwang is the most clinical player in the league, with a shot conversion rate of 63%.
That is an amazing statistic, and it’s not lost on Bent how good Hwang is.
He said to O’Neil: “Someone who’s really stepped up for you, and scored in this game, is Hwang. Last season he got three. He’s already got five in eight this season. What have you done differently to his game to make him start firing? He’s some player. I’ve always rated him, I’ve always thought he’s good. This season, he really seems to have stepped up.”
Hwang has always been a great player
Hwang has always been a really good player.
Fans were blown away when he first signed and scored four goals in his first six Premier League games.
Hwang then went on a fairly long run without scoring. His next goal came against Arsenal in February and would be his last one that season.
He picked up a hamstring injury which disrupted his momentum. And them team also had some poor spells.

The following season, wolves struggled for the most part an Hwang again picked up injuries. He appeared to be suffering with his confidence as well.
But he’s in a fantastic moment now. He’s managed to largely stay fit so far and he clearly loves playing under O’Neil.
Hopefully, these factors can remain so that Hwang can continue this fine form.
