PGMOL admit to major error involving Wolves as Howard Webb is called upon

Wolves have had their fair share of run-ins with PGMOL over the years, but this season has been rather quiet by their standards.

Gary O’Neil is the Wolves manager who suffered the most from VAR.

“I don’t know who doesn’t want it taken away completely,” was what the former Wolves boss had to say after an incident involving Max Kilman against West Ham.

Many people echoed his thoughts, and to this day, the jury is very much still out on the technology, with controversial decisions still being made.

But, as is supported by the position that Wolves find themselves in, they have been making their own mistakes, let alone the technology, this season.

Is Gabby Agbonlahor correct in his assessment of Wolves’ squad?

PGMOL state Emmanuel Agbadou should have been penalised for handball vs Manchester United

Wolves suffered a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester United a couple of weeks back.

During the first half, there was an incident where the ball struck Emmanuel Agbadou high up on his arm as he blocked a shot. His arm was slightly away from his body, and the ball was going wide of the target.

However, after Manchester United complained about several decisions, PGMOL have stated that the incident, which wasn’t given during the game, was the wrong call (as per Daily Mail).

What do you make of the decision?🤔

Manchester United are set to meet with Howard Webb as they seek an explanation, with a general feeling that enough is enough.

This is all rather comical when you consider the fact that Premier League clubs voted 19-1 in favour of keeping VAR, with Wolves the only club big enough to stand up and be counted.
