Pedro Neto’s price tag

The winger has easily been one of Wolves’ most influential players this season. Despite being out injured on the sidelines for two months, Neto is still the club’s top assister with 10.

This has attracted interest from multiple clubs including Arsenal who are believed to be long-time admirers of the Wolves man

However, the club will not let him go for cheap. It has been reported that Wolves will want a record fee for their star man if they are to engage with the bids.

Alongside Neto, another player who has been outstanding for Wolves this campaign is Joao Gomes. The midfielder memorably netted a brace past Spurs to beat the Londoners 2-1 last month.

However, sporting director Matt Hobbs has admitted that it is likely that other clubs are scouting the Brazilian in hopes of swooping in for him.

Finally, former England international Downing has given his thoughts on Wolves’ season so far.

At the start of the campaign, the Molineux side was largely tipped to go down due to the high amount of departures the club suffered. However, under the guidance of Gary O’Neil, Wolves are on the edges of European qualification.

Downing has been highly impressed by O’Neil whom he used to play alongside. The former winger then praised the manager for his success so far at Wolves so early on in his career.
