Pedro Neto has made some comments that may well suggest that he won’t be leaving Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.
The winger has been dazzling this season after taking the 2019/20 campaign to find his feet in English football.
Neto has been a regular following the sale of Diogo Jota and been the man to watch at Molineux this season.

The 21-year-old has really stepped up in the absence of Raul Jimenez and has been Wolves’ shining light in most games in 2020/21.
Perhaps inevitably, there has been some talk about him potentially leaving the club this summer.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
He did sign a new deal back in November, but everybody knows contracts mean less and less these days.
He’s been linked with the likes of Juventus (Tuttosport via Football Italia and TMW) and Manchester United (Daily Express), and some are worried he’ll be poached.

But Neto has given an interview with the club which may suggest where his head is at with everything.
“I’m hard on myself”, he said. “Every day I come here to work and to improve. I want to do better, to improve my game, to improve my mentality, and I come here every day to work hard and to be the best.
“Sometimes I don’t see where I am at 21 years old, but I will continue so at 21 I can achieve more things, I hope with this club.”
Neto to stay?
It doesn’t sound like Neto isn’t necessarily thinking about life away from Wolves just yet.

Of course, someone could come in with a huge offer which Wolves may find hard to turn down.
But at least, ‘I hope with this club’ suggests the Portugal international is currently very happy where he is and sees Molineux as the right place to continue his development.
