Wolves are back in Premier League action tonight and take on Burnley at Turf Moor, and Gary O’Neil is looking for a response from his side.
Wanderers lost 2-0 to Aston Villa on Saturday evening, which was a result that some fans saw coming.
O’Neil has a number of injury problems at the moment, and he had to put out a depleted side at Villa Park, with young Leon Chiwome leading the line.
It was a struggle for the youngster, although he worked very hard.
It is a quick turnaround for Wolves, so there likely won’t be too many returning players tonight, but the good news is that Matheus Cunha will be back in the squad.
Burnley represent a great chance to bounce back, and Paul Merson has now made his score prediction for the game…
Paul Merson now shares who he thinks is winning tonight – Burnley or Wolves

Wolves defeated Burnley in the reverse fixture back in December. But it was a far from convincing performance at Molineux.
Wolves won 1-0, with Hwang Hee-chan scoring the game’s only goal.
So while Burnley are sitting in 19th place, they have shown they have the potential to be difficult opponents.
That said, Wolves should be looking to win and still have enough quality to get the job done. But Merson thinks the Clarets will actually edge it this time.
Predicting a 2-1 home win, he told Sportskeeda: “I dread to think of how many goals Chelsea could have scored against Burnley, the other day – it was chaos. Burnley got two goals with a man down, however, and they hung in there to win a well-earned point.
“Wolves have got too many injuries at the moment, and they are bang out of luck. They weren’t the better team in their loss against Coventry. Before the three injuries they’ve suffered over the past month, they were a very good team.
“Burnley could be only one point behind Luton if they win this game, and they have matches coming up against Everton and Sheffield. Things would change in the relegation battle, wouldn’t they? Wolves are struggling at the moment, and I’m going to back Burnley to win this game.”
A big chance for Wolves
The result against Villa was disappointing, but it was always going to be a tall order to get a result against a quality side pushing for Champions League football, with several key stars out.
Tonight’s game with Burnley could be another tricky game because of the missing players.
But Cunha being back could provide a real lift, although he may not start.
Ultimately, Burnley are in 19th place for a reason and it’s a good chance for Wolves to bounce back, even if Merson doesn’t think they’ll do it.
It will be important for Wolves to be more clinical against the Clarets, which was unfortunately just not the case against Villa.
