Wolves lost to Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday – and Jorgen Strand Larsen’s current feelings are very clear.
The pressure is right back on Gary O’Neil now, after he oversaw a very worrying 4-2 defeat at Molineux.
Wolves gifted their opponents four goals, with three coming from the penalty spot.
Bournemouth are a good side and made life difficult for Wolves. But it was alarming to see the lack of a plan again.
Matheus Cunha has been so influential lately. But he had one of his quieter games and seemingly, there is a bit of a reliance on the Brazilian, which cannot be sustainable.
Strand Larsen scored two more goals and was a positive for Wolves, but his contributions went to waste once more. And his summary of the game made his feelings crystal clear right now.

Jorgen Strand Larsen says he ‘can’t play any more crazy games’ for Wolves
So far this season, Wolves have been involved in games with the most goals in the Premier League.
Games certainly haven’t been dull but frustratingly, for Wolves fans, too many of the goals have been goals against.
Strand Larsen, a summer signing from Celta Vigo, spoke after the defeat to Bournemouth, and it’s clear he’s getting a bit tired of being on the wrong end of ‘crazy’ matches.
He said (via Wolves official): “I’m lost for words, to be honest. A crazy game. We didn’t get the start we wanted, and I think this is the real answer of the Premier League.
“I have the feeling that I can’t play any more crazy games than I’ve been doing the first months here. Unfortunately, it hasn’t gone our way in those games, and we didn’t do it well.”
Wolves must become more pragmatic
Strand Larsen has now scored five non-penalty goals since the start of October, and no Premier League player has more since then.
It must be extremely frustrating for Strand Larsen to know that currently, his goals aren’t really counting for much – Wolves have not yet won a game this season in which he’s scored.
He’s pulling his weight, but many others in the team are not.

It’s just been far too chaotic this season, and O’Neil simply has to find a way of getting Wolves to become more pragmatic.
It is paramount he addresses the team’s defensive woes, so that Strand Larsen’s efforts actually count for something. But the Wolves manager could now be running out of time.
At the time of writing, there have been no reports that O’Neil’s job is in any immediate danger.
Last week though, ahead of the Fulham game, it was reported Wolves had had ‘tentative discussions’ about potentially replacing O’Neil. It’s possible Everton is now a make-or-break fixture for him.
