Mario Lemina has sent a public message to Hwang Hee-chan, after the Wolves forward was subject to racism on Monday evening during the training match against Como 1907.
Wolves beat the Italian side 1-0 thanks to a goal from Matt Doherty.
But the game was marred when Hwang reported to the referee that he had heard a racist remark from a Como player.
Upon finding out, Daniel Podence reportedly threw a punch at the player in question and was sent off by the referee.
Podence has come in for a lot of praise from Wolves fans for standing up for his teammate.
Gary O’Neil described the incident as ‘disappointing’ after the game, and said that he had offered Hwang the chance to abandon the game if he wanted. The player wanted to continue.
There has been an outpouring of support for Hwang following last night’s game, and Lemina has taken to social media today to send a message to his teammate that all Wolves fans will get behind.
Mario Lemina has one simple word for Hwang, after Wolves star was racially abused by a Como player

Hwang featured in the second-half of Wolves’ game with Como at the Marbella Football Center. O’Neil fielded two different teas against the Italian side.
There was said to be a ‘coming together’ between Hwang and the Como player (via E&S), which then led to the remark.
Hwang reported this to the referee, and Podence then saw red. Podence has apologised for what he did, but the winger has come in for a lot of praise for standing up for Hwang.
Como have today issued an astonishing statement about last night’s game. They do not offer any apology whatsoever, and instead insist the situation was ‘blown out of proportion’.
They claim that their player said ‘ignore him, he thinks he’s Jackie Chan’.
Wolves fans have been sending lots of messages to Hwang today following this vile experience he’s had to deal with.

Mario Lemina, who wore the captain’s armband in the first-half last night – sent him a message on Instagram which pretty much sums it up perfectly.
Uploading an older picture of the pair together, he wrote ‘TOGETHER’ along with a fist emoji.
Shame on Como
It is very heartwarming to see Lemina supporting Hwang publicly and certainly the actions of a captain and leader. And there is no doubt he has been there for him privately too since last night.
Wolves are a very tight-knit group these days, and Hwang will certainly be supporting following what happened.
Como’s statement is absolutely shocking.
Simply put, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their attitude towards something that is still a massive problem in both football and society.
