Marcal has been an ever-present for Wolves in the Premier League this season.
He has kept Rayan Ait-Nouri out of the side with his performances at left wing-back.
Some fans may prefer to see the youngster’s more attacking approach in the side, but Marcal has clearly impressed Bruno Lage.
And it seems he has taken the opportunity to get in some extra training earlier in the week.

He was pictured on Instagram doing some fitness work with MM Performance, a group of personal trainers.
That mentality should stand Marcal in good stead, and he was seemingly doing some flexibility and mobility work.

Lage has always emphasised the importance of competition for places among his Wolves squad.
Marcal has been a Lage favourite so far but he knows he has Ait-Nouri pushing him if he lets his standards slip.
