Wolves teenager Luke Cundle has lavished praise on club captain Conor Coady.
19-year-old Cundle has given an insight into his progression in football to the club’s official website, and had some positive words to say about the England international.

Coady is a well respected figure for club and country.
Even though he didn’t play a minute at Euro 2020, he was still heralded as a great trainer and positive example for the rest of the squad.
He’s certainly made an impression on Cundle, who would like to emulate the former Liverpool man’s career.

When asked which Wolves player’s career he would like to have, Cundle replied: “I’d like to have Conor Coady’s.
“He’s made over 200 appearances for the club, which he broke earlier this season.
“If I can match that amount of appearances for the club, as well as getting an England cap or two, that would be perfect.
Cundle taking his chance
Cundle has been handed an opportunity to impress in pre-season and so far he’s taking it.
He’s still awaiting his first-team debut but maybe that’ll come this season under Bruno Lage.
He could certainly do worse than emulating Coady’s attitude and professionalism.
