Jorgen Strand Larsen is in his best form for Wolves since he joined the club, and against Tottenham Hotspur he achieved a rare feat.
Wolves made it four wins on the bounce against Spurs, beating the north Londoners 4-2 at Molineux.
Vitor Pereira’s side didn’t really have to play out of their skin with Spurs making some shocking errors at the back. but it was refreshing to see Wolves punishing their opponents.
And it was yet another great afternoon at the office for Strand Larsen, who scored Wolves’ third goal of the game to make it 3-1, after good work by Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Strand Larsen has come in for high praise in recent weeks for his efforts in the absence of Matheus Cunha. Even Emmanuel Agbadou claimed Strand Larsen makes playing football ‘easy’ for him as a defender.
But his latest goal actually meant he achieved something pretty rare.
Jorgen Strand Larsen only the second player to score in four straight PL games for Wolves

Strand Larsen has really found his feet lately.
He came in for some criticism around a month ago, which always felt harsh given he has lacked service at times.
But he’s always worked his socks off, and now the goals are starting to come.
His goal against Tottenham on Sunday meant that Strand Larsen has now scored in four consecutive Premier League games. Not even Raul Jimenez, arguably Wolves’ best striker in recent history, managed to do this.
Only Henri Camara has managed this for Wolves previously, doing so in the 2003/04 season.
Camara actually scored in five consecutive games for Wanderers, bagging against Chelsea, Southampton, Man City, Bolton, and Middlesbrough from March 27 to April 17.

Strand Larsen has been a superb signing for Wolves
Strand Larsen has never been more popular at Wolves, and hopefully he can score again this weekend against Manchester United to equal the record Camara set.
It’s really satisfying to see Strand Larsen now thriving for Wolves.
Of course, earlier in the season, a lot of his contributions were not counting for anything, and Wolves actually didn’t win a game in which he had scored until against Southampton in March.
He’s now scored 12 goals in his first season for Wolves which is a fantadtic return.
Between that haul, and his selflessness and willingness to work for the team, Strand Larsen has been an excellent loan signing and fully worth the £23 million permanent fee Wolves will pay this summer.
