Wolves fans finally got a response from Jeff Shi after months and months of silence, but it wasn’t exactly what they were looking for.
Just when you think things cannot get any worse at Wolves, they do.
In what was supposed to be a clear-the-air interview with Jeff Shi, it has actually had the complete opposite effect.
The concern amongst Wolves fans has increased, and that comes as no surprise when you hear Shi brush off relegation and say it’s ‘not that serious’.
These are supporters who pay their hard-earned money to go and watch their beloved Wolves. A club that used to have so much ambition and drive, which now appears to have no sense of direction.
Fosun has completely failed to read the room. It’s clear that a change is required to take this club forward, and the fans couldn’t have made that any clearer.
What are your honest thoughts on Jeff Shi after his claim about relegation for Wolves? Let us know below!
Yes. He actually said this…
Jeff Shi brushes off the Wolves protests
Wolves fans organised a protest outside the Billy Wright stand before and during the first 15 minutes of the 4-1 defeat to Manchester United to voice their frustrations.
However, it appeared to have been ignored, as the blinds in the offices ended up being shut to block out the protest, which didn’t go down too well.
Additionally, Wolves fans have made their feelings clear from match to match, with various chants aimed at Jeff Shi and Fosun, as well as several flags.
It appears that the protest didn’t go completely unnoticed, as Jeff Shi has now directly addressed it.
Speaking to BBC Birmingham and Black Country, the Wolves chief stated this.
Wolves fans need to be more happy, says Jeff Shi 🗣️
