Wolves manager Vitor Pereira has offered an update on the fitness of Jorgen Strand Larsen.
Pereira watched his side suffer their fourth consecutive Premier League defeat as Arsenal visited Molineux.
The Gunners emerged with a 1-0 victory, which was a frustrating result for Wolves, who had several chances to score as well as having a man advantage for a long period.
Joao Gomes was sent off in the second half to even the numbers on the pitch, with Arsenal breaking the deadlock moments later, adding to the Old Gold’s misery.

Vitor Pereira shares update on Jorgen Strand Larsen’s injury
While the result and Gomes’ emotional red card were the talking points, there was another concern that emerged from the contest.
After only 32 minutes, Hwang Hee-chan was called into action to replace Jorgen Strand Larsen, who looked visibly upset when leaving the pitch.
The Norweigan appeared to clutch his hamstring area, hinting at a muscular injury, which Pereira has now commented on.
Attending the Wolves manager’s press conference, journalist Nathan Judah relayed the Portuguese’s update on his striker.
“Jorgen Strand Larsen, I think hopefully it’s not a bad injury,” Pereira said, installing some hope into what looked to be a worrying situation for the summer signing.
Of course, it’s too early to determine the severity of the 24-year-old’s injury, in what will be a nervy waiting game for the Old Gold.
Wolves need Strand Larsen to be available
Strand Larsen has been criticised for his finishing recently however, the striker’s importance to Wolves became clear when he wasn’t on the pitch.
Wolves fans slammed Hwang’s performance against Arsenal, as Strand Larsen’s replacement failed to offer anything promising going forward.
While the Norweigan has been rather hit or miss in recent weeks, his profile gives Pereira’s front line a target man, with his early moments against Arsenal applaudable.
For now, Wolves will wait anxiously on the verdict of the forward’s fitness, in what could be a decisive moment in the Old Gold’s season.
