Wolves forward Hwang Hee-chan has won the club’s Player of the Month award for October.

The South Korea international enjoyed a fantastic few outings, and scored three of his four goals in total for the club.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

The 25-year-old was on target twice in the 2-1 win over Newcastle United on the 2nd.

He then scored in the 1-1 draw with Leeds United on the 23rd.

The star really has been in great form of late, and is quickly becoming a bit of a favourite at Molineux.

He didn’t have a great game against Palace at the weekend, but overall so far the star has made a big impact at Molineux.

Hwang, of course, is currently only on loan with the club.

But there have been reports recently that have suggested Wolves will look to turn his move permanent early.

Clearly Bruno Lage and the recruitment officials have been impressed with his contributions.

Supposedly it will cost Wolves around £14 million to sign him permanently from RB Leipzig.

Hwang deserves latest Player of the Month award

While the likes of Max Kilman and Jose Sa (who wasn’t actually nominated) had strong months, Hwang is a deserving winner.

The star was always a threat, and his two finishes against Newcastle in particular were superb.

Wolves will hope he can keep on shining, with some tough fixtures on the horizon.

Ideally, he’ll keep scoring goals to relieve a bit of the pressure on Raul Jimenez, and then Wolves will exercise their buy option during the winter window.
