The international break can feel like an inconvenient interruption to the captivating action of the Premier League, but it also offers a chance to watch Wolves players in a different environment.
Moreover, we haven’t seen Wolves’ newest arrivals in action yet, but there’s a good chance we get a glimpse of them over the weekend in the World Cup Qualifiers.
Wolves have a record-setting 15 players on international duty during the first break of the season.
We’ve picked out three fixtures worth watching if you want to keep a close eye on Wolves.
Ladislav Krejci faces Montenegro this evening and is very likely to start
Ladislav Krejci is a player Wolves fans will want to see this weekend, as the latest addition to a back line that has been far from convincing in the opening weeks.
Despite donning the number 7 shirt for his national team, Krejci starts at centre-back.
He has been given the nod for all of Czechia’s World Cup Qualifiers, winning three out of four and topping the group.

Last time they faced Montenegro, it was a convincing 2-0 victory, and Wolves fans will be hoping to see a similar defensive performance this time around, and also the ball-playing ability Krejci is known for.
That game kicks off on Friday evening at 7.45 pm (GMT).
New Wolves striker Tolu Arokodare could feature for Nigeria on Saturday
As excited as fans will be to get a glimpse of Krejci, nothing beats the thrill of seeing a new attacker in action.
Tolu Arokodare has been named in the Nigeria squad for their qualifier against Rwanda.
Tolu faces stiff competition for the starting striker spot with Victor Osimhen returning to the squad and Ademola Lookman also available.

It’s unlikely we see him playing from the start, but he could be introduced to give Nigeria something different going forward. They currently have just one win from six and will need a result to stay within reach of the qualification spots.
That game is on Saturday at 5 pm (GMT).
It’s worth checking out Fer Lopez in action for Spain U21s
Yes, the World Cup qualifiers are the main attraction during the break, but if the weekend passes and you still haven’t had your Wolves fill, Spain’s Euro U-21 qualifiers on Tuesday could provide some excitement as we await the Premier League’s return.
Fer Lopez was great against Everton, coming off the bench and injecting energy and creativity into the Wolves attack.

The 21-year-old’s development could be key for Wolves’ prospects for the season, as he looks like a real creative outlet. His performances are clearly standing out, as Lopez trained with Spain’s senior team this week.
The Under-21s play Kosovo on Tuesday evening, which should be Lopez’s first ever appearance in a Spain shirt.
That one kicks off on Tuesday at 6 pm (GMT).
