Wolves beat Tottenham Hotspur 4-2 at Molineux – and Rayan Ait-Nouri was a big contributor to the result.
Vitor Pereira’s side continued their brilliant form of late, and are currently top of the form table over the last five games in the Premier League.
Wolves were rather gifted some of their goals against Spurs, but it was still good to see Wanderers really jumping on mistakes.
And one man who did that twice against Spurs was Rayan Ait-Nouri.
A Jean-Ricner Bellegarde free-kick was poorly parried by Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, and Ait-Nouri turned the ball in first time on the edge of the box with a well controlled finish.
In the second-half, the Algerian then pressed Cristian Romero into a mistake, before squaring for Jorgen Strand Larsen to make it 3-1.
And that assist was significant for Ait-Nouri.
Rayan Ait-Nouri becomes first Wolves defender to make 10 Premier League assists

It has been an interesting season for Ait-Nouri.
Earlier in the season he had some really torrid outings from a defensive standpoint. The first game against Chelsea this season saw Wolves fans criticise Ait-Nouri.
Under Pereira though, Ait-Nouri has improved a lot – as have most of the players.
But one area that’s always remained fairly strong for Ait-Nouri is being creative – and on Sunday, he made his 10th assist in the Premier League for Wolves since joining the club.
He is, according to Squawka, the first ever Wolves defender to do this. We all know Ait-Nouri plays very high up, but for now, he is still technically a defender.
For this season, he’s also now up to 10 goal involvements in the Premier League – no defender has more up to now.
Clubs will be in for Wolves star Ait-Nouri this summer
Ait-Nouri is potentially going to have a lot of transfer interest this summer.
We know that Matheus Cunha is highly likely to leave. But it would be foolish to think he’ll be the only sale.
Wolves sold Maximilian Kilman and Pedro Neto last summer and there could well be two outgoings again this time around.
With Joao Gomes signing a new contract at Wolves, that second player after Cunha could be Ait-Nouri, who is on the radar of several clubs including Tottenham.
And statistics like the above are only going to draw more attention to him. Hopefully, Wolves are able to get a big fee if the stance is to sell this summer.
