How Morgan Gibbs-White reacted to Matheus Cunha’s celebration

Who Gary O’Neil should target this summer

A defender is much needed this summer. Wolves have struggled throughout the season at the back, with clean sheets becoming hard to come by.
This has cost the club multiple times this campaign. Most notably, the 3-2 defeat to Coventry in the FA Cup quarter-final.
However, a replacement centre-half might be relatively easy to find. Nottingham Forest’s Murillo has been their standout player in recent weeks and made a goalline clearance on Saturday. If the East Midlands team were to go down, O’Neil has been urged to make a move for the defender.

‘Astonishing’ moment from Nottingham Forest vs Wolves is overlooked

One of the major talking points around Wolves this season has been VAR. The system has consistently made mistakes with have cost O’Neil’s side this season.
In their last home game, VAR opted to rule out Max Kilman’s late equaliser, a decision O’Neil would call ‘baffling’.
Now, it seems that VAR has once again messed up. Replays of Gibbs-White’s equaliser suggest that Nelson Semedo was fouled in the build-up.
Journalist Nathan Judah stated that it was ‘astonishing’ that VAR did not rule the goal out for a foul.
