Some of Vitor Pereira’s current Wolves stars have played with some of the greatest footballers in the modern era.
A product of the Manchester City academy, Tommy Doyle has shared the pitch with several superstars, including Phil Foden, Kevin De Bruyne and Ruben Dias.
Matheus Cunha was also teammates with Antoine Griezmann at Atletico Madrid before sealing a £44m transfer to Wolves in 2023.
Cunha, who returned to the Brazil squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Argentina, will get to train alongside Neymar.
The former PSG superstar is one of the greatest wingers of all time, and it will be brilliant for him to link up with the 33-year-old once more. Interestingly, Cunha isn’t the only Wolves star to have shared a dressing room with Neymar.

Why Pablo Sarabia chose to join Wolves after leaving PSG
Pablo Sarabia sealed a £4 million transfer to Wolves in January 2023, with Julen Lopetegui landing an excellent deal for the Spanish playmaker.
It shocked many when Sarabia swapped playing alongside the likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar at PSG to join a side battling relegation.
But in an interview with The Telegraph in 2023, the 32-year-old explained how he wanted to play an ‘important’ role in a team instead of being on the fringes.
“It was amazing to play with [Lionel] Messi, [Kylian] Mbappé and Neymar and a very good experience, but for me the most crucial thing is to feel important in the team,” he said.
“I’d rather be on another team to feel that unity, be part of it, and be a member of the team and a family rather than just a collection of individuals. I was not happy not to play. It’s very difficult to play with the level of PSG players, so I made the decision to come here.
“In my career, I went through a lot of hard times, but now I think I want to enjoy this job. I feel like right now I’m at the peak of my career.”
Sarabia’s frustrations over game time were justified, as the Spaniard only started three times in Ligue 1 during the 2022/23 campaign before joining Wolves.

Sarabia could leave Wolves in the summer
Several Wolves players see their contracts expire in the summer, and one of those is Sarabia, with it understood he’s likely to leave.
According to reports, Sarabia has reached an agreement with Sevilla over a pre-contract agreement, which could see him end his two-year stay at Molineux.
Sarabia has split opinion among Wolves fans this term, with some being critical of his work ethic, while others feel he needs to offer more in an attacking sense.
The Spanish playmaker was brilliant against Everton on Saturday, as he made more passes into the final third than any other player in the second half.
On his day, Sarabia is capable of producing ‘quality’, but considering he’s one of the club’s highest earners and his age, it doesn’t make financial sense to renew his contract.
