Gary O’Neil gives update on Daniel Podence after Wolves’ 3-2 defeat to Crystal Palace

Gary O’Neil gave an update on Daniel Podence after today’s defeat to Crystal Palace.

Wanderers could not build on the win over Everton, losing 3-2 at Selhurst Park.

Eagles striker Odsonne Edouard scored twice for the hosts, with Ebere Eze also getting on the scoresheet.

Hwang Hee-chan got Wolves’ first goal just minutes after coming off the bench to level the score at 1-1.

And Matheus Cunha scored right at the very end to make it 3-2, but there was no time for a comeback.

According to Express & Star journalist Nathan Judah, O’Neil has said today that he ‘will never shut the door on someone’ and that ‘all options are still on the table (Saudi/Qatar window open)’.
