It has been a dismal season for Wolves, and club legend Steve Bull’s latest verdict is an embarrassing one for Fosun.
Wolves are staring down the barrel of relegation, having taken just two points from 14 Premier League games so far.
Wolves have taken even fewer points than Derby County in 2007/08, with the Rams finishing that campaign with a record low 11 points.
The last few Wolves managers have expressed the same Fosun concern
It is a terrible situation, and one that has brought fans to the boil.
Protests are being planned for the game against Manchester United on Monday, and the scenes could be uncomfortable viewing for Fosun.
But something else they may find uncomfortable is the latest verdict Steve Bull has dropped about Wolves.
Steve Bull says Wolves played like 11 strangers against Nottingham Forest

The performance against Nottingham Forest in midweek was absolutely tepid from Wolves.
The display against Aston Villa in the game before was reason to be optimistic against the Reds.
But Rob Edwards watched his side turn in a shockingly poor display, that had zero ingenuity or adventure.
Wolves had one good chance the whole game, which was squandered by Jhon Arias early in the second-half.
And club legend Steve Bull did not mince his words about the display, writing in his latest E&S column: “Going into the Forest game, you could feel the optimism.
“Instead, we fell flat on our face. We looked like 11 strangers and couldn’t pass the ball to each other. It was like a hot potato.
“It just looked like we were a mishmash of a team.”
Bull also called on Wolves to show fight, even though he accepts relegation is a likely outcome.
Bull verdict shames Fosun
It is hard to disagree here with Bull – against Forest, there just seemed to be no cohesion, especially in and around the final third.
Undoubtedly, the verdict from the legendary Bull is a terrible reflection on Fosun, who must bear ultimate responsibility for the construction of this squad.
The summer of 2025 was a brilliant transfer window in Jeff Shi’s eyes… 🥴
Their transfer MO and recruitment strategy has resulted in the loss of top players, and the summer restructure that saw Domenico Teti come in as director of professional football proved to be unsuccessful.
They gave too much power to Teti and Vitor Pereira over recruitment, with the work of the actual recruitment team taking a back seat.
The result is a squad that lacks quality, leadership and Premier League experience and, ultimately, this will prove costly.
