Yerson Mosquera made his injury comeback for Wolves’ Under 23 side this afternoon.
Mosquera is yet to make a senior appearance for the club after picking up a hamstring problem in pre-season.
James Collins’ side ran out 1-0 winners in the Premier League Cup against West Ham.
Harry Birtwistle got the winner in the first half before Chem Campbell was sent off in second half stoppage time.
Mosquera was an exciting summer signing and some Wolves fans can’t wait to see him in senior action.
He only played 30 minutes of the match before coming off in what looked like a pre-arranged substitution.
That raises doubts over whether he’ll be fit enough to face Watford when the Premier League returns.
But it’s certainly a step in the right direction and here’s how it went down on Twitter:

Great opportunity to get some minutes (maybe a half)…there's another game coming up on the 10th so maybe he can get another run out. He and Kilman will become more important to us as the year progresses.
