Fans react as Luis Enrique axes Wolves' Adama Traore for Croatia clash

Fans have questioned Spain manager Luis Enrique, after he left Wolverhampton Wanderers star Adama Traore out of the nation’s Euro 2020 last 16 clash with Croatia.

Traore has barely featured at the tournament so far.

The winger got on for 15 minutes or so against Slovakia.

But by the time he entered the picture, Spain had already scored all five of their goals.

It is a surprise the 25-year-old has featured so little.

In the first game, Spain clearly needed someone with an X-factor about them, as Sweden defended really well.

It was a similar story against Poland, but Enrique once again overlooked him.

It remains to be seen if the decision will pay off for Enrique today, or if Spain will struggle to break down the Croatian defence, as was the case in the first two games.
