Wolves midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White is currently enjoying an impressive loan spell with Sheffield United.
The midfielder has three goals and two assists from just six Championship matches so far.
But his influence since his deadline day arrival at Bramall Lane goes beyond raw numbers.
He has lifted Slavisa Jokanovic’s 4-2-3-1 system and ignited the Blades’ promotion bid.

That means it is no surprise that United have reportedly asked to be kept abreast of Wolves’ plans for Gibbs-White.
Wolves have the option to recall Gibbs-White in January, as per the Sheffield Star.
They had the same choice last season when Gibbs-White was at Swansea and they executed it.
If the same happens this season, it would be a hammer blow for the Blades.

Should Wolves recall Gibbs-White?
Perhaps Wolves’ January decision will depend on whether they sign a new central midfielder. Injuries will also play a part.
Is Gibbs-White better off playing every week and being a key man for a tam or sitting on Wolves’ bench, but when he does play, it will be Premier League football?
That’s the question facing Wolves and some fans had their say on the matter on Twitter…
