Wolves take on Brighton this weekend in the Premier League, and Seagulls boss Fabian Hurzeler has spoken to the media this morning.
Wolves will go in search of their first win once again, having come up agonisingly short against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

Joao Palhinha’s 94th-minute equaliser was deeply frustrating. But Vitor Pereira’s side have been much improved in the last two games and will hopefully take some confidence going into the Brighton clash.
Brighton have given Wolves a lot of problems in recent years, so it will be a tough game.
But for Fabian Hurzeler, this will also be a tough test for his Brighton side, with the German being quite complimentary this morning in his press conference.

Fabian Hurzeler shares what he likes about Wolves

Fans have been encouraged by the last two performances from Wolves.
Against Everton in the Carabao Cup last week, Wanderers won 2-0 and were much improved playing in a back four.
Then against Spurs, Wolves again did well, especially in the second-half, and it’s starting to feel like Pereira is getting a tune out of his side.
But the fact remains that Wolves are bottom of the Premier League table, and could really do with three points.
For Fabian Hurzeler though, Wolves could easily have more than just one point on the board.
He said: “In every game I saw so a from them they had a chance to win it. In every game they play good football, they’re very stable out of possession. They don’t give away a lot of chances. They have a good style of play. A lot of crosses for a lot of players who attack the box.
“So overall, they could easily have more points, but that’s the Premier League. It’s tough.”
Big test for Wolves vs bogey team Brighton
Pereira needs to get that first win on the board, but it won’t be easy against Brighton, who have had Wolves’ number in recent times.
In the last nine meetings between the two clubs, Wolves have been victorious just once – and that was in an FA Cup game in February 2024.
Wolves’ last Premier League win against Brighton came back in December 2021.

Yankuba Minteh is a major threat for Wolves to deal with, making a strong performance from Hugo Bueno on Sunday essential.
Kaoru Mitoma could also cause problems, with Jackson Tchatchoua a potentially good counter for the electric Japan international.
Wolves are in for a real battle, but after confidence-boosting performances against Everton and Spurs, there can be optimism, and a win at Molineux could genuinely be the catalyst for change.
