David Moller Wolfe is excited to get going at Wolves.
The Norwegian defender was the club’s third signing of the summer, arriving after the club had cashed in on Rayan Ait-Nouri earlier in the window.
David Moller Wolfe had impressed in the Eredivisie with AZ Alkmaar, and convinced Wolves to spend £10 million on his transfer.
He managed to get a bit of involvement in pre-season, but Moller Wolfe will need some time to get up to speed at Molineux.
Thankfully though, Wolves do have an alternative at left wing-back in the form of Hugo Bueno, who has actually started the new campaign quite brightly.
But Moller Wolfe is ready for the campaign ahead – and one suggestion he’s made will go down well with fans.
David Moller Wolfe eyeing goals and assists for Wolves, after Rayan Ait-Nouri exit

Wolves have lost a key player in Ait-Nouri.
The Algerian has developed into one of the top players in his position in the Premier League, and would often get fans out of their chairs with his brilliant footwork.
There was a feeling internally at Wolves that they sold Ait-Nouri for less than his true value, with Manchester City paying around £36 million.
Undoubtedly, he will be a big miss, and the hope is that Moller Wolfe and Bueno will be decent successors.
And Moller Wolfe is out to do something that will surely please Wolves fans to hear, and that is chip in goals and assists.
He said in an interview with the E&S: “I think I can bring physique.
“I’m quite tall to be a left-wing-back and I can be a guy that can both be scoring goals and giving assists.
“That’s what I want to bring. Of course maybe it will take a little bit of time before I get used to it completely but I will try as best as possible to be 100 per cent.
“I want to develop, I want to be even better.
“I’m only 23-years-old, so that was a big thing for me when choosing to come here, on how I could be the best possible player.”

Moller Wolfe and Bueno will be a good battle
Moller Wolfe hasn’t made too big an impression yet for Wolves, although he did come off the bench last weekend against Everton and supply an assist for Rodrigo Gomes.
Hopefully he’ll be able to build on that, and be a creative outlet for Wolves.
The narrative has been that Moller Wolfe’s physicality makes him more defensively sound than Bueno.
But he clearly feels he has attacking prowess to offer, and the assist he got against Everton shows he won’t be afraid to get forward.
He also scored four goals and made 10 assists in 92 appearances for Alkmaar which is a decent return.
Moller Wolfe has stated he thinks the wing-back role will suit him ‘incredibly well’, and that does bode well.
The loss of Ait-Nouri – who was such a creative outlet – is huge for Wolves, and so, fans will be buoyed to hear Moller Wolfe talking about scoring and assisting.
