Wolves fans are starting to get very concerned with time running out to sign new players in the transfer window.
Wolves signed Emmanuel Agbadou earlier in the window, and the Ivorian has looked a decent addition so far.
But it’s been all quiet since he arrived, and supporters are urging Molineux officials to get active.
Wolves are now on a three-game losing streak after a bright start by Pereira.
It is clear that the squad needs new faces if Pereira is to guide the club away from the relegation zone – currently, Wolves sit in 17th place, but only by virtue of a better goal difference than Ipswich.
Dave Edwards has been speaking about the situation in his latest E&S column – and has shared which two positions Pereira must strengthen in the coming days.
Dave Edwards urges Wolves to sign another centre-back and a midfielder

On Monday, Wolves conceded three more goals meaning it’s now 51 shipped in just 22 Premier League games.
That is simply embarrassing, and 19 of those have been from set-pieces, which is highly concerning.
Agbadou has come in now and he does look to be a good addition, although one gets the feeling he would be much better on the right side, not the left.
For Edwards though, it’s paramount another centre-back is signed. He said (via E&S): “They need signings, and they need them desperately. I still think they need another centre-back, as they are just not defending their box well enough.”
Edwards also believes Wolves really need another midfield player, with the workload having increased on Andre and Joao Gomes recently.
Mario Lemina wants to leave Wolves, and Pereira has said he won’t play while the transfer window is open. So essentially Wolves have three options right now.
Edwards added: “And they need an extra midfielder as well. It is tough for Joao Gomes and Andre at the moment, who are having to go game after game.”
Wolves do indeed need a centre-back and a midfielder
Edwards is spot on here – Wolves need to strengthen at centre-back again, and in midfield.
Agbadou looks a positive addition, but Wolves still need another central defender who can really help solidify things back there. Because question marks remain over Craig Dawson’s fitness, and Santiago Bueno has failed to convince.

Ideally, Pereira needs an authoritative figure, and someone who can organise and dominate in the air.
The Lemina situation means that Wolves also need another midfielder. Boubacar Traore might be hoping for a chance at Wolves if Lemina goes, having recently returned to training from injury.
But it would be asking a lot of him to get up to speed quickly, so Wolves may well need to look at bringing someone in.
