Matheus Nunes came in for praise on last night’s Match of the Day, following his stunning goal for Wolves against Chelsea.
Wanderers sealed a huge three points to go four clear of the relegation zone.

Julen Lopetegui was without Ruben Neves, with the captain serving a two-game suspension.
The manager also left Raul Jimenez and Rayan Ait-Nouri out of his matchday squad.
Despite missing players like this, Wolves turned in one of their best performances all season to spoil Frank Lampard’s return as Chelsea manager.
This morning, Nunes is rightly coming in for a lot of praise.
He really stepped up yesterday, and looked like the top-class player Wanderers felt they had signed from Sporting CP last summer.
The 24-year-old was magnificent playing on the right of a 4-4-2, and his goal was worthy of winning any football match.

He lashed in on the half-volley, and is in with a great chance of being Wolves’ second Goal of the Month winner this season, and second in consecutive months after Jonny Castro Otto’s effort against Leeds United.
Nunes was praised last night on Match of the Day, with Danny Murphy saying: “It was one of his best games in recent times for Wolves.
“Big expectations on him when he came. He’s not hit the heights, but his first Premier League goal. On that right side he had a bit more freedom to go and show his skill.
“We know he can run with the ball.
“Considering it was a Chelsea team which has got ability it was a confident performance from Wolves.
“What a goal (from Nunes) to win a football match. No words needed.”
Matheus Nunes’ performance against Chelsea was what Wolves fans have been waiting for
Nunes can be forgiven for spending most of his day today watching that goal back.
It was a phenomenal strike for his first in the Premier League. But his whole performance was just excellent.
To play as well as he did on that right side was extremely impressive, considering he was not in particularly good form coming into the game.

It was felt that he could perhaps really step up in the absence of Neves.
And he certainly did that. Hopefully it will be the same story against Brentford next weekend.
