Conor Coady has lavished praise in his Wolves teammate Hwang Hee-chan, after he scored again yesterday.

The on-loan star netted his fourth goal of the season, against Leeds United.

My Revenge On Ben Foster

Hwang was on hand to poach after Raul Jimenez’s shot squirmed through to him.

The South Korean star couldn’t really have enjoyed a much better start to life at Molineux

The ace has come in and made a real impact on a side that couldn’t score a goal in the first few weeks of the new season.

He got one on his debut against Watford, and scored a brace earlier this month against Newcastle United.

Wolves chiefs will be very pleased indeed that they finally managed to bring him in, and Coady spoke very highly of him after yesterday’s game.

He said (via Wolves official website): “He’s a fantastic footballer, but a brilliant person as well. He’s so intelligent, you see when he plays, the positions he picks the ball up in, how he turns and how he drives at people, he’s so, so strong and powerful.

“He’s a fantastic asset for our club and we’re lucky to have him. We just hope he can keep on going for us.”

Hwang is undoubtedly a real threat, and that £13 million option to buy clause (Sky Sports) is looking very tasty indeed right now.

Hwang continues to impress

Yesterday’s result was really disappointing, and the performance was disjointed.

But another goal for Hwang is a small positive to take.

He is clearly someone with an eye for goal, and his support of Jimenez is going to be vital this season.

Wolves have needed someone to share the goalscoring burden and in Hwang, it looks like they finally have that individual.
