Chris Sutton has predicted the outcome in Wolves vs Arsenal, but there is one thing he is unsure about.
The Old Gold enter as heavy underdogs. It is league leaders versus the bottom of the pack, and Rob Edwards faces a tough task.
There is a statistic that shows Wolves could cause an upset, but more often than not, the better side in these top vs bottom showdowns usually comes out the victor.
The Wanderers head coach will not let that distract him from his preparations, but Edwards looks to be without Jean-Ricner Bellegarde.
Bellegarde was one of the bright sparks against Manchester United, but the Haitian was not spotted in training photos.
How many points can you see Wolves getting over their next five matches? 🤔
Chris Sutton thinks only the number of goals Arsenal will score is in question

Chris Sutton has no hope for Wolves against Arsenal on Saturday evening, and that means he joins Paul Merson in predicting a heavy loss for the Old Gold.
While he expects Arsenal to pick up all three points, the former Premier League footballer believes the manner of defeat for the Wanderers remains up in the air.
Writing in his weekly BBC Sport column, Sutton said, “Speaking of obvious results, this is top against bottom, and it’s pretty clear Arsenal will win this – it is just a question of how many they will score.
“Rob Edwards has had an absolute stinker since leaving Middlesbrough to take the Wolves job. They are losing every week while, at the same time, Boro always seem to win.
“Wolves are in serious danger of being worse than the Derby County side that my 606 co-host Robbie Savage captained to the lowest points tally in Premier League history in the 2007-08 season, and they are not going to get anything at Emirates Stadium.”
The last time Wolves prevented Arsenal from scoring, ‘Heart of Glass’ by Blondie was the UK number 1, the Sony Walkman debuted that year, and punk fashion and disco glam were trendy.
What are your score predictions for Saturday evening?
In the end, Sutton predicted a 3-0 win for the Gunners, and that will not come as a shock due to the standings of both sides.
However, there are a rare few who believe the Old Gold can cause an upset, and none other than Sutton’s opposition in his predictions.
Chris Sutton’s prediction rival goes for a Wolves win
Each week Sutton goes head-to-head against a new opponent in the predictions, and this week he is up against an EA Sports FC pro, Daniel ‘Stingray’ Ray.
Daniel may be one of the few optimists for Wolves’ chances, as he has actually predicted a Wolves win.
He said, “So this is where I am not going to get myself a lot of fans! I think Wolves will get their first win of the season. 1-2.”
The positive outlook is certainly appreciated, but with Arsenal’s record against Wolves, the likelihood of that happening is quite slim.
Mikel Arteta’s side are flying high, and out of the last 11 meetings, Arsenal have beaten the Old Gold on nine occasions.
Perhaps Rob Edwards can pull off something special; we’ll definitely be hoping.
