Wolves last night released the first episode of a three-part documentary about Sasa Kalajdzic and his knee injury.
As the Austria international prepares to make his return to first-team action, the club are letting fans in on what it has been like for the star over the past 11 months.
Kalajdzic suffered the cruelest blow last year when he suffered ligament damage on his debut against Southampton.
Kalajdzic had joined Wolves just a few days prior to the game from Stuttgart.
Fans were so excited to watch him and to see if he could be the solution to the long-standing goalscoring problem.
But after falling awkwardly, Kalajdzic’s season ended.
He was taken off at half-time in the game, and doctors let him know shortly after that it indeed a torn ACL.
And in the documentary, Kalajdzic has revealed a conversation he had with then-Wolves manager Bruno Lage.
What Bruno Lage said to Sasa Kalajdzic after he suffered his knee injury vs Southampton
Kalajdzic says in the first part of the documentary that he only had one training session before playing in that game against Southampton.

And since the team had had a midweek game against Bournemouth, all the players were still away on the south coast.
So Kalajdzic just trained with some player who were not involved in the matchday squads.
Lage asked if he had wanted to play in the game, and he said yes without hesitation.
After the game and upon learning about the severity of the injury, a guilt-racked Lage said to Kalajdzic: “Bruno said it’s my fault. I shouldn’t have let you play. We all knew you didn’t even have a proper training session with us and I let you play’.
“I was like ‘No, it’s not your fault, you asked me’. I could have said ‘No I didn’t feel ready’. Don’t feel guilty or something because this happens in football. It’s just unfortunate.”
Kalajdzic injury was such a big blow for Wolves
Kalajdzic suffering the injury he did against Southampton was a terrible blow for Wolves.
He was seen as the solution. The man to finally come in and fix a long-standing issue at Wolves.
To lose him for the whole season just 45 minutes into his debut was just a nightmare for the club.

And actually, that happening might well have had a big psychological impact on the rest of the squad.
Who knows how differently last season could have gone had that not happened.
Hopefully Kalajdzic can now kick on and score the goals fans really hope he can.
