Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa has heaped praise on Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore, believing the Spaniard to be one of the hardest players to play against.
The 25-year-old has enjoyed an upturn in form in recent weeks, netting a great goal against Fulham to end his drought, with assists either side against West Ham United and Sheffield United.
The star has come in for criticism, but has generally always retained positivity from his fellow professionals.
Trent Alexander-Arnold and Aaron Cresswell have already praised the forward this season, and now £12 million star Konsa (BBC Sport) has offered a kind word.
He said on the Premier League’s official YouTube channel: “So big, so strong. One of the hardest players to ever get the ball off.

“Very fast, powerful. For me, I think he has improved a lot on his dribbling as well from last season and the season before.”
Traore may not have had the best of seasons given what we know he’s capable of.
But Konsa is certainly not wrong about Traore being a much more effective dribbler.
Only a few weeks ago, WhoScored released details for the top dribblers in Europe, with Traore actually top of the pile.
Everyone knows Traore’s threat
Konsa likely won’t be the last professional player to talk up Traore.
It’s clear by now that he is highly respected by his opponents and even outright feared by some.
Their comments further indicate what an amazing talent he is, and hopefully he can reach new heights in 2021/22.
