Wolves signed Andre in a last-gasp deal on deadline day, giving the midfielder little time to adapt to his new surroundings.
It’s been a whirlwind few weeks for Andre, who has travelled from Brazil to England and back to tend to his footballing schedule.
The 23-year-old signed for Wolves on deadline day, completing a £21m move from Fluminense to the Premier League.
Shortly after arriving, the midfielder returned to his homeland for international duty where he started and impressed in the Selecao’s win over Ecuador.

Andre has been supported by Joao Gomes and Bruno Guimaraes
Given how crazy Andre’s schedule has been over the past few weeks, it’s taken time for the midfielder to settle into his new surroundings in Wolverhampton.
In an interview on international duty, the Wolves ace shared an insight into two familiar faces who have helped him to adapt to life in England, via Premier League Brasil.
“Bruno Guimaraes and Joao Gomes are two friends who help me a lot. Bruninho for having worked with Diniz before, and Joao now gives me all possible support with information about the new club.”
Andre then went on to explain how useful it is to have Brazilian players around him in the Premier League to help him adapt, considering how disjointed his first week at Wolves was prior to the international break.
“I didn’t have much time to get to know the city, I only went to one game, but I want to make the most of them [Premier League players] here with the National Team.
“Most of them play in Europe, so I need to gather as much information as possible, dedicate myself a lot to having a great season and playing here with the National Team too.”
Wolves will be eager to see Andre in action
So far, the Old Gold have only seen a glimpse of what Andre can offer in a Wolves shirt, as the 23-year-old made his Premier League debut against Nottingham Forest.
Gary O’Neil welcomed the deadline day signing onto the pitch at the City Ground in the 86th minute, allowing him to get a warm reception from the Wolves fans in the away end.
The early signs of Andre are incredibly encouraging, with the next fixture against Newcastle United set to be a test close to home for the former Fluminense ace.
Molineux will host Newcastle in the next Premier League fixture, where Andre will have the chance to come up against countrymen Guimaraes and Joelinton in midfield.
For now, the Brazilian will be focused on completing his duty for the national team as well as getting to know his new home better when he returns to England.
