Alan Shearer has included Wolves youngster Rayan Ait-Nouri in his latest Premier League Team of the Week.
The French youngster has been receiving plaudits left, right and centre over the past few days for a fearless debut against Crystal Palace on Friday night.
My Revenge On Ben Foster
Ait-Nouri was drafted in for Romain Saiss at left wing-back, and justfied Nuno Espirito Santo’s call with a tremendous all-action performance that even included a first goal.

Ait-Nouri was a constant outlet for the likes of Conor Coady and Ruben Neves to hit with long passes, and he seems like he could be a brilliant fit for the role going forwards.
Match of the Day pundit Shearer was mightily impressed with Ait-Nouri. He said of the teenager: “What an amazing debut by the teenage Frenchman.
“It doesn’t get much better than marking your first match with a goal and a win. He was very impressive in his attacking down the left.”
The perfect start

His brilliantly taken goal was a bonus, but he really did look like an excellent fit in that left wing-back role.
The effervescent youngster was up and down and just seemed so comfortable, the same of which cannot really be said about Saiss in the past few weeks.
