Wolves have already seen a lot of players leave the club this summer, and another one could be departing shortly.
Wolves immediately lost Matheus Cunha, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Pablo Sarabia in this window, with the latter being confirmed as a free agent exit.
Craig Dawson and Carlos Forbs have also left, as have Tommy Doyle and Nasser Djiga on loan.
Bastien Meupiyou, who was signed last summer and has never played for the first-team, has also left, with some outlets suggesting it was actually a permanent exit.
And now, another player could be leaving on loan, with Boubacar Traore seemingly on the verge of departing.
Vitor Pereira may have faith in Boubacar Traore yet as Wolves prepare to sanction loan

Traore was not included on Wolves’ pre-season training camp in Portugal, and that decision did feel somewhat ominous.
And then last week, it was reported that FC Metz were interested in re-signing Traore.
But there was a suggestion that they may not have been able to afford his wages.
However, there appears to have now been a breakthrough, with the Express & Star reporting that Traore is set to make the move. Potentially, Wolves may be helping the French club with the wage payments.
And interestingly, the E&S say that this move is set to be a straight loan. As with Djiga up at Rangers, there is no suggestion of an option to buy.
That suggests Vitor Pereira could be open to Traore returning to Wolves and still having a part to play.
Pereira has previously stated that he likes Traore ‘a lot’ because of the spirit with which he plays. He also said: “In training, he gives everything of him. He’s the kind of player that I feel that I’m not giving him what he deserves, but sometimes we have this problem.”
Metz loan a big opportunity for Traore with interest in Joao Gomes and Andre inevitable
Traore’s move to Wolves – which saw the club pay £9.5 million (BBC Sport) after a season on loan – really hasn’t gone as everyone would have hoped.
He’s made just 44 appearances in his three seasons at the club, and started only 11 Premier League games.
Sadly, injuries have hindered him, and he has also had some very good players ahead of him in the pecking order.

But returning to Metz on loan would be a big opportunity for the player.
Joao Gomes and Andre are two fantastic players, but it would be naive to think there will be no approaches for them next summer.
Potentially, one or both could leave the club for big money – and Fosun have shown time and time again they will happily cash in on high profile players.
So Traore must use the 2025/26 season as an audition.
Pereira likes him, and he must show that he could be an option to be a starter next season.
