Wolves are back to winning ways in the Premier League, beating Burnley 1-0 at Molineux – and Dan Bentley came in for praise for a huge contribution he made.
Gary O’Neil’s side were not at their best tonight but probably just about shaded a game that was low on quality.
It was that man Hwang Hee-chan who came in clutch again for Wolves, scoring just before half-time after great team pressing.
Mario Lemina forced a mistake from Sander Berge, and Pablo Sarabia then found Matheus Cunha, who played in the South Korean. His finish was superb, and really impressed Michael Owen.
But there was another player tonight who made a massive contribution – and that was Dan Bentley…
Amazon pundits hail Dan Bentley’s double save in Burnley win

Just before Hwang scored Wolves’ goal, there was a very close call at the other end.
Joao Gomes failed to clear his lines in the corner, and the ball then came across Jay Rodriguez. The striker was denied brilliantly from close range by Bentley, but there was still danger.
The ball came out to Josh Brownhill who fired in a low drive, but Bentley got down rapidly to tip the ball past the far post.
It was an amazing show of reflexes, from a man called in at a late stage to replace Jose Sa.
Amazon pundit Rachel Brown-Finnis said: “You can see here, it’s a phenomenal save from him. It comes down the line, he spreads himself big but then gets himself in prime position. Look at his movement there to get back set and down for a fingertip save. Absolutely brilliant. Top, top save.”
Owen added: “The second save is the one for me. First one he makes himself big, but that save, just at the tip of his fingers after a deflection as well… absolutely outstanding.”
Clutch from Bentley
He didn’t have an awful lot to do tonight, but Bentley’s double save in the first-half was absolutely huge.
The second one was especially impressive. The speed at which he got up and then got back down to tip Brownhill’s shot wide was fantastic.
Bentley played tonight because the game came just a bit too soon for Sa – but he absolutely delivered.
Hwang got the winning goal, but that may never have come have Bentley not come in clutch just moments before, and he deserves a lot of credit tonight.
