Wolves are riding the crest of a wave following consecutive Premier League victories over Leicester City and Manchester United.
Vitor Pereira’s arrival is the Christmas gift every Wolves fan needed, as the Portuguese has completely transformed the clubs’ fortunes in the space of a week.
The Wanderers were rooted to second bottom of the Premier League table under Gary O’Neil however, two wins and clean sheets have seen the Old Gold rise out of the relegation zone.
Pereira has brought fresh energy to Wolves according to talisman Matheus Cunha, who continued his incredible form with a goal and an assist against Man United.
Now, the Molineux side will be looking to build on their two impressive performances under the Portuguese by piling further misery onto Tottenham.

Wolves team and injury news ahead of Tottenham
Spurs head into this clash on the back of two straight defeats against Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, dealing their chances of European qualification a huge blow.
Tottenham also have nine players absent ahead of Sunday’s fixture, including star centre-back Micky van de Ven and forward Richarlison.
In contrast, Pereira has a relatively clean bill of health heading into this match, with only four players certain to miss out, most notably Yerson Mosquera, Boubacar Traore, Sasa Kalajdzic and Pablo Sarabia.
Pereira confirmed Sarabia suffered a calf strain and will be out till early January while Mario Lemina is doubtful with a small injury.
Meanwhile, Matheus Cunha could still be banned for the fixture as he awaits the outcome of his impending FA ban.
Wolves predicted lineup vs Tottenham
Pereira has instilled confidence into the Wolves squad, leading to an unwavering appetite to win, matched by incredible work rate and application.
It’s placed the Portuguese manager in a position of luxury. The 56-year-old doesn’t necessarily need to alter his starting lineup against Spurs, although the fast turnaround between fixtures suggests he could make some changes.
The first of those could be £27.5m forward Goncalo Guedes dropping out for Hwang Hee-chan. Hwang scored from the bench against Man United and Pereira was full of praise for the South Korean at full-time.
“It was very important because he’s a player with high quality,” Pereira said via the E&S.
“He can score a goal from nothing, he can surprise them and if he gets this confidence he can give us a lot.”

Having scored his first Premier League goal of the season, Hwang should start alongside Cunha and Jorgen Strand Larsen in the front three.
The other change could be Rodrigo Gomes replacing Rayan Ait-Nouri at left wing-back however, such an alteration is unlikely given how well the Algerian played against Man United.
