Wolves fans in awe of ‘massively underrated’ star after incredible moment vs Tottenham

Wolves rescued a late draw vs Tottenham in a chaotic 2-2 draw in the capital.

Vitor Pereria moved the Old Gold further away from the Premier League relegation zone after the club secured a vital point on the road.

Despite Hwang Hee-Chan’s early goal, Wolves found themselves 2-1 down due to two Spurs goals in the first half.

However, the club fought back and Larsen managed to net a late equaliser to ensure Pereira remained unbeaten at the Old Gold.

While there were plenty of positives to take from the fixture, fans were quick to highlight Larsen’s efforts.

Despite dominating for large periods of the second half, Wolves could not find a way through Spurs’ backline.

However, a moment of brilliance from Rayan Ait-Nouri saw him slip in Larsen inside the 18-yard box.

Despite the tight angle, the Norweigan international hammered the ball into the net to make it 2-2.

As a result, he sent the Wolves fans into raptures, and they took no time to express their delight with the striker on social media.

The goal has taken Larsen’s tally up to seven goals this season in the Premier League.

With Matheus Cunha in such good form, some fans felt that Larsen’s contributions this season have gone under the radar, but after that goal, he may now receive more recognition.

So far this season, few have performed better in a Wolves shirt than Larsen. The striker has been consistently scoring throughout the campaign despite only joining the club in the summer.

As it stands, the striker is on course to score around 15 goals by the end of the season which is an outstanding feat for a team struggling near the foot of the table.

While Cunha has rightly taken the headlines in recent months, Larsen deserves plenty of praise too.

On top of the goals, the striker’s link-up play is excellent and has helped the club achieve some massive results this season.

If Wolves do stay up this campaign, Larsen will be key to achieving this.
