Wolves suffered an awful 4-2 defeat to Bournemouth to put the side back into the Premier League relegation zone.
The Old Gold had lost the game against the Cherries in the first 20 minutes as they found themselves 3-1 down thanks to two terrible penalty mistakes.
Any momentum from their thrilling display in their 4-1 victory against Fulham quickly diminished as they struggled to hold back the Cherries throughout.
Anger brewed around Molineux as the game went on. Just when they thought they had got themselves back into the game with Jorgen Strand Larsen’s second, another penalty was given which was arguably the worst of the lot.
With Wolves falling back to 18th and into the relegation zone, the Old Gold faithful have made their thoughts clear on Gary O’Neil’s future.

Wolves fans demand Gary O’Neil is sacked after Bournemouth defeat

O’Neil has been under pressure at Wolves for some time now. The manager had a dreadful start to the campaign and only won his first Premier League match in November.
A defeat against Southampton would have likely seen O’Neil sacked. However, back-to-back victories against the Saints and Fulham made many think the club had turned a corner.
Yet, against Bournemouth, the club produced its worst home display of the season and they could have easily conceded six or seven times.
As a result, many Wolves fans are now demanding that the manager be sacked going into the festive season.
Some Wolves fans even compared O’Neil to Dean Saunders, the manager who took the side down into League One.
Gary O’Neil may have two games to save his Wolves job
While the performance was shocking, it is unlikely that he will be sacked after the defeat.
Three errors from Wolves stars cost the club the game which was out of the manager’s control.
However, with the Old Gold back in the relegation zone, there is no doubt he is under pressure again.
His next two games see O’Neil go up against fellow strugglers Everton and West Ham. If a minimum of three points aren’t brought back to Molineux from those games, it is hard to see him staying at Wolves for much longer.
