Sam Johnstone has admitted his embarrassment as Wolves lost 3-0 to Fulham.
The goalkeeper conceded three goals, and while he should have done better for the opener, he was unlucky for the second and third.
However, Johnstone was still one of Wolves’ biggest losers on the day.
Ryan Sessegnon’s first-half strike, a good finish from Harry Wilson with the ‘keeper unsighted, and an own goal from Yerson Mosquera meant the Old Gold left London in disappointment.
They did have it all to do when Emmanuel Agbadou was sent off in controversial fashion.
They never looked like scoring at any point in the match. Now, Sam Johnstone has come out and spoken about the result.

Sam Johnstone believes Wolves should be ’embarrassed’ after Fulham loss
Sam Johnstone has not minced his words following yet another loss for Vitor Pereira and Wolves.
It seems like the end of Pereira’s time is surely on the horizon. Wolves are at the bottom of the league and ten points adrift from safety.
The current situation does not seem tenable, and the head coach has yet to find any solutions.
Wolves’ goalkeeper was the first to react following the loss, and his statement says it all.
Sam Johnstone said via BBC Sport, “It’s just not good enough, and we need to do better. We should be embarrassed. They might not want to hear it, but we apologise to the fans. We’re trying our best, but we have to keep going. We’ve got good players and just need to turn it around quickly.
“I think it’s difficult to find words. There are a lot of emotions. It’s very difficult.
“Pretty much everything [went wrong]. We go down to 10 early; we concede early. It’s difficult in the Premier League to have a man down and try to get a result. I think pretty much everything went wrong.”

Wolves will enter December winless
As things stand, there is no optimism for Wolves to get a win anytime soon.
Burnley and Fulham were relegation candidates, and yet the Old Gold were far off the pace that is expected at the Premier League level.
The next few games are all incredibly difficult, and you would not be in the wrong to believe Wolves will struggle once again.
Chelsea, Crystal Palace, and Aston Villa await the Wanderers, and all three will be looking forward to playing Wolves.
